In Brenzone sul Garda, Cà Granda is a brand-new apartment that has been meticulously renovated, designed for those who want to experience Lake Garda in a stylish, welcoming, and practical setting, enhanced by a truly stunning lake view. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay, surrounded by the beauty of the water and the silhouette of the mountains that frame the landscape.
The spacious home (114 m²) can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of a bright living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are versatile and cater to various needs: they can be arranged as double beds or twin beds, tastefully furnished to ensure relaxation and privacy. Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning, a smart TV, and fly screens, allowing for restful sleep in any season.
The kitchen, bright and inviting, is a true communal space: it features a large dining table and breathtaking views, along with state-of-the-art appliances such as a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and everything needed to feel at home. The cozy living room adds to the atmosphere with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and board games, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments together after a day spent by the lake, in nature, or exploring charming villages.
From the living room and kitchen, guests can access the lovely open terrace and private garden, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply enjoying the tranquility and fresh lake air. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a baby crib, and two parking spaces within the property.
The location is one of its strong points: the beach is about a 2-minute walk away, and in just a few steps, you'll find a supermarket, bar, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, ATM, and public transport stops. Here, Lake Garda remains authentic, featuring small villages by the water, olive groves, scenic viewpoints, and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages true relaxation. The town is not a single center but a collection of districts characterized by narrow streets, stone houses, small harbors, and beaches where visitors can pause to read, sunbathe, or take a dip on warmer days.
One of the most beautiful aspects of this area is the perfect balance between the lake and the mountains. In just a few minutes, one can go from the lakeside to the foothills of Monte Baldo, a stunning natural terrace overlooking the lake.
